I have been running 1.1.1 on 10.7.5 just fine. I think you will be OK with the 1.1.1 drivers. In which case you need to install the drivers. playing around with/learning about the Eleven Rack as an interface before hooking up to your 192s may be a good idea. The only need to install a driver is is you want to use the Eleven Rack as the interface, and it might be needed in future to do firmware updates (if any future updates are released, don't do this now as you noted). You can even use the Eleven Rack GUI Window within Pro Tools wihtout having that an Eleven Rack driver loaded, it just communicates over a generic USB interface to the Eleven Rack. Which ultimately you won't if you are running a HD Rig. You actually don't need any driver unless you want to use the Eleven Rack as a Pro Tools interface. So from now on, I´ll have to AD/DA in Eleven Rack and again AD it in the 192 i/o in order to record some guitars thru the Eleven along with other channels? ![]() ![]() I suppose the hardware can not run simultaniously with my 2 good ol´ 192 i/o?
